1/ Q.Do you sell roofing materials?
A. No we do not.

2/Q. How much will it cost me for you to come and have a look at my roof and give me a quote?
A. Nothing. Estimates are free.

3/ Q. What type of insurance do you have?
A. We have a full policy covering Employers Liability, Public/Products Liability and Contract works any site, a copy of which is avaliable on request.

4/ Q. How long will it take to renew my garage roof?
A. Hard to say without having a look and measuring it but, say for example it's a regular one car garage, to rip up and renew should only take one day in either asphalt or felt, weather permitting of course.

5/ Q. I have a leak in my roof but it looks in good condition. Do you do repair work or just renewels?
A. Yes we do a lot of repair work, if that's all that needs doing thats all we'll do.

6/ Q. Some tiles have come off my roof in the recent storm, am I covered by my insurance?
A. Most of the time yes, although you will need to check with your insurance company, normally they say yes but require you to get three different quotes, the cheapest of which they usually go for.

7/ Q. I work all day. Do I have to be in when you come to look at my roof?
A. Not necessarily. If we can gain access, such as a side roof or garage roof, then no, you do not need to be home when we come round to measure up.

8/ Q. The paint is flaking and cracked on my asphalt roof. Do I need it renewed or can it be repaired.
A. Let us come and have a look. We might be able to clean the existing roof and give it a nice new coat of paint.
