Scope of works

We are mastic asphalt specialists and regularly install mastic asphalt 988T for roofs, asphalt paving grade for car parks, balconies, driveways, pavements etc, recreational duty asphalt for stairs and asphalt tanking for basements. 
We often install standard mineral felt and are approved installers of Andersons Icopal high performance felt systems. 
The flame free single ply systems are becoming more frequently requested in the city and we are Sika trained and approved installers of the famous Sika Trocal single ply pvc roofing system, plus Fatra single ply PVC and Rhepanol FK single ply roofing membranes. 
Flame free rubber EPDM is also widely used now and we have been both Flex-R and Hertalan EPDM trained and are approved to install their rubber roofing membranes. 
For Liquid plastic roofing we use Desmopol, Europolymers and SIG FIX-R. 
CYB and SRS are our GRP suppliers of choice. 
We can install any slates or tiles of your choice plus lead zinc and copper. 
Green roofing systems can be installed by us and we regularly supply and install the modular pre-grown green systems that are ready to go, along with insulation, pitched roof vents, roof ventilation, roof skylights, guttering and promenade tiles.
The latest edition to our services is an Electronic roofing test service, which on a dry flat roof will seek out and detect the smallest of pin hole faults, which can then either be marked up for inspection or photographed and repaired on site same day.
